Sound Techs

These are individuals who love music, but like to stay behind the scenes. They are responsible to run the sound board during services held in the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall. Their ministry provides opportunities to serve in both Sunday morning services, musicals, weddings, funerals, and special events. To be part of this team, you need to have good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a servant’s heart.

Lighting Techs

This team is responsible to operate the Lighting Board and/or spotlights during the Modern worship service, as well as during special events.

Power Point

Since 70% of all humans are visual learners, the goal of this ministry is to enhance worship by bringing to life the message of Jesus Christ through the use of visual technology. A basic understanding of Microsoft Power Point software is helpful, but training is available to anyone interested in being part of this team. Using creativity to prepare slides for the announcements, and musical portion of our worship services, and running the computer are included in this ministry.

Video Recording

Our worship services are videotaped each Sunday in both the Classic and Modern service. This ministry is responsible for the videotaping and editing of these services and is a great way to be involved behind the scenes.

Service Duplication Team

This team currently operates the audio recording equipment, which enables us to have a CD and Cassette recording of each of our services. Responsibilities also include operating duplicating equipment, and filling orders for those wishing to have a copy of either worship service.

Transition Team

This group gathers on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. to tear down after the Classic service and set up the platform in preparation for the Modern service.
